When must selection committees include someone who has undergone equality and diversity training?

The recommendation in the Wood Report [32] requires that all pupillage selection panels should contain at least one member who has received formal recruitment and also equality and diversity training. This should take effect when the new recruitment period opens on 14 February 2011. Longer term, it is hoped that all members of recruitment panels will undergo such training, so this may be made a requirement at some time in the future.
