When must I send in the QuadJoy for repair, or can it be fixed in the field?

If the stem of the stick is broken off inside the base and does not come out, you will have to send it to us to be repaired. If any part of the base is broken off where the stick with lure fitting threads onto the base, it will need to be repaired by SEMCO. If the lure fitting on the end of the air line tubing is broken, please call us so we can send the fitting to you. If you want to work on the QuadJoy, you will have to pull back the knurled ring and turn the arm and release the ring, so that it snaps into place.
