If the period of military service is: • Less than 31 days: Employees should return to work the first day following completion of military service. • 31 days to 180 days: Employees must submit application for reemployment within 14 days of completion of military service. • More than 180 days: Employees must submit application for reemployment within 90 days of completion of military service. If an employee is hurt or becomes disabled during military duty, employement reinstatement may be extended up to two years for persons who are unable to work or unable to work at the same level due to disability incurred or aggrevated during military service.
