A school-year provider who has been designated a Low Performing Provider for two or three consecutive years and wishes to begin a 2009-2010 School-year program type must show proof of purchase of a Department of Education approved curricula before executing a new State of Florida Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program Statewide Provider Agreement, or before beginning instruction in the 2009-10 school year.
