This is a known Microsoft problem. Here is a link to the Knowledge Base Article that discusses this issue. One known work-around is to avoid the use of OPENGL driver. In CAESAR II you can change to “Basic Windows Video” in the “3D Viewer Settings” tab of the configuration module.
