Windows 95 OSR2 is a “Plug and Play” operating system that tries to identify all hardware and devices in your system and on your motherboard. When Windows 95 does not recognize a device, it will give a message of “Unknown Device Found”. The Universal Serial Bus (USB) is one of these devices.
