When it comes to hair coloring… what do they mean by highlights and lo lights?
Hi, Highlights are shades of blonde put in the hair to brighten up area’s and enhance the color of your hair and adding low- lights that are deeper colors to give depth and dimensions in the hair so with doing both of these on let say a person who has a dark blonde hair color right now they uselly would put highlights and low= lights through out the hair and placing a few lighter highlights to like frame the face this will brighten up the eyes while the rest of the hair just all falls together and looks natural like the sun did it.
