When it comes to an American Spouse Visa…?
No~ I married my Filipino bride in Tokyo, Japan~ but we got married in the American Embassy and we had to get the OK with the Japanese, Filipino and American Embassy we had a civil ceremony in Japan ~and have a Japanese Marriage Certificate so I brought my wife to the USA ~ five months after being married on July 12 as my wife was working on a contract in Japan as a Nanny she arrived on Dec 21 ~`and to the best of my knowledge this is still going on
