When is Tom Clancys next book coming out?

I read an article on the IGN website a few months ago that mentioned that paramount pictures is working on a new Jack Ryan movie. The article mentioned in passing that Tom Clancy was working on a new Jack Ryan novel. Nothing specific but its the only place I have heard anything about a new Clancy book. His books have always come out in late summer so I am assuming that the earliest we would see the this mystery book is August of 2009.
