WHEN IS THE uSPEQ CONSUMER EXPERIENCE SURVEY ADMINISTERED?
Administration varies depending on the timing chosen by the subscribing provider based on the setting and appropriate point in time during the respondent’s affiliation with the program. For example, in an inpatient rehabilitation program, the uSPEQ Consumer Experience Survey might be distributed just before the patient is discharged. In a retirement community, the questionnaire might be distributed to all residents periodically during a certain time period. In a community-based or outpatient program, the uSPEQ consumer questionnaire might be distributed to a sample of clients after a certain period of service or at a regular interval, such as once a year.
