While it’s been no secret that Assassin’s Creed 2 is in the works, little has been known about the game until now. At the Ubisoft press conference, a new trailer was shown and Ubi has announced an official release date for the title. At the conference yesterday, a new trailer for the sequel to Assassin’s Creed showcased the 15th Century Venice setting and Altair’s replacement, Ezio, in action. However, the big news was that the game is set for a release that’s a bit sooner than most people expected: November 17th of this year.
