Residents are asked to call our contractor, Turtle Island Recycling Ltd., to arrange for a pick up. Residents may also dispose of recyclable metals at our Public Works Yard (9 Scanlon Court, Aurora) from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Please note: Refrigerant must be removed and the corresponding appliance should be tagged in accordance with current Provincial Legislation. Recyclable metals include refrigerators, freezers, stoves, washers, dryers, hot water tanks, swing sets, barbeques (except propane tanks), bath tubs and other recyclable scrap metal. Please remove all doors from all used appliances.

Residents may also dispose of recyclable metals at our Infrastructure and Environmental Services Operations Yard from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
