When is the proper time to send a Service Requisition to Facilities Management?
A. Any time work being requested is not routine work, a Service Requisition should be sent to Facilities Management. The Service Requisition should include a detailed description of the work to be done as well as an account number the work should be charged to and a Fiscal Officer’s signature.
