The online Index is available 24 hours a day, except for scheduled regular maintenance each Friday from 11:00 p.m. until the following Saturday at 3:00 a.m. Users who log in prior to 11:00 p.m. on Fridays will have until 11:14 p.m. to complete their transaction. Users will not be able to log in after 11:00 p.m.
