When is the National Guard taking over the Fire Science Academy?

The Nevada National Guard will not be assuming ownership of the Fire Science Academy. This was never discussed between the Guard and the University. The Guard unit based in Elko is in the process of finalizing an opportunity to co-locate with the FSA sometime in 2011. This co-location will offer both the Nevada National Guard unit based in Elko and the FSA with multiple opportunities to take full advantage of the facility here in Carlin.
