With the exception of AGU journalism awards, the annual deadline for Union award nominations is 15 October; and the annual deadline date is 15 March for medal nominations. All nominations must be submitted by the deadline date – no later than 2359 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or 0359 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).
