When is the cheapest/most exciting time in the year to visit Turtle bay resort in Hawaii?
There is never a cheap time to visit. I have lived here for almost 4 years. September – November are good times because it’s slightly off season with most people returning back to school, but it rains a lot. February is another good time, but again, the start of the tourist – spring season and the end of whale watching. Prices in Hawaii don’t change that much. It’s a resort and tourist place, so that IS the main reason for Hawaii to survive. There is no other industry here.
