Application dates for the 2011 green card lottery (DV-2013) have not yet been announced by the U.S. State Department. The registration period for the calendar year 2010 lottery (DV-2012) was from: Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 12:00 noon EST to Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at 12:00 noon EST. We expect the dates to be roughly the same this year as last year.
