When is the best time to reseed a lawn?
there is a difference between seeding and reseeding. I don’t know the best time to seed a lawn, I would assume the first couple weeks of spring. If you are trying to get your grass thicker, you should “over-seed” in the fall. Just put grass seed in a broadcast spreader and go over the entire area of the lawn several times. This should be done in the fall, before frost sets in, and before the temperature of the soil falls below 65 degrees.
