When is the best time to give the vitamins, calcium, essential fatty acids?
Never know if I should give it to my child one after the other or together and before, during or after a meal. Generally in the morning, with breakfast is the best time to give these supplements. They can all be given together, and this way your child’s body is able to absorb, metabolize and utilize these nutrients through-out the day when they are the most active and utilize the most energy.
