When is the best time to call the Facility office to confirm the placement date of an application?
The best time for the producer of record to contact our office to confirm the placement date of an application, or to verify information, is AFTER 1:00 PM. Please allow at least five working days for mailing and processing before you call. When you do call, press 0 to speak to any operator (or # for a directory by last name) and ask for a “file check”. Registered producers may also do an online “file check” by selecting PRODUCER LOGIN.
