When is the best time of year to catch fish?
That depends on the type of fish you want to catch. Some fish, like white sturgeon, bite year-round while others like walleye bite better at certain times of the year. There are also quota based fisheries like halibut, salmon and sturgeon. These fisheries have set limits each year and once that limit is reached the fishery is closed.
