The best time to exercise is early in the day, before 10am. Your cortisol levels are higher at that time and this will help optimize your results. Working out later in the evening is too stimulating and will often result in insomnia or sleep that is less than optimal in quality. You may wake up feeling tired and not recover as well from your training because of poor sleep. Hope this helps!
