When is the best period of the year to visit Italy?
Of course, spring time from March till mid May is best period to visit Italy, the days are longer and weather is milder however it is not always possible to plan a vacation when we want it ! For American visitors June and July are the preferred months to travel, even if they are the hottest months of the year, its actually low season for hotels during this period as the Italians flock to the beaches.
