If a Saturday night movie isn’t on the agenda, get into award season madness with the next (and Oscar barometer) night of stars and statues, the 16th Annual SAG Awards. Airing on TBS and TNT, the SAGs focus on actors and their performances (get the full list of nominees here). There’ll be plenty of celebs on the red carpet and at the show, including presenters Anna Kendrick and Carey Mulligan, who are also nominees. The battle I can’t wait to see? The best actress category; Meryl Streep (last year’s winner, above) and Sandra Bullock are facing off after tying for the accolade at the Critics’ Choice awards and each just won a Golden Globe for their performances. I’ll be watching the show to see if any of my predictions for Oscar end up with a SAG award in hand!
