When is taking voluntary redundancy unfair dismissal?
There are very specific rules about redundancy – one of which is that your role has become redundant and therefore no person should be being trained to take on that role. That is illegal. Please stick this out and state that you are getting help from the Citizens Advice. I cannot see any reason for you accepting redundancy until you have another job to go to.
