When is my group sale payment due for CarnegieKids?
For ticket orders of 20 or fewer tickets, payment is due at time of purchase. For groups of 20–60 people, full payment is due three weeks prior to the concert date. If payment is not received by that deadline, the group reservation will be released for public sale. For groups of 60 or more, payment is due at the time of purchase.
