Nagging? probably not. Needy? probably. This does not sound like the first time you have gone through this either. Figure out why you need him to spend more time. Do you really think leaving will get more time? Then you end up jumping back in with another guy who pays you attention for a while. Then the inevitable decrease in couple time gets you to start wondering again. Maybe you should learn to be happy with yourself first. Then you can appreciate your time together instead of wondering if you can get more time together. What would you do if he was in the military and deployed for 9 months. Figure out how your time together becomes more fun than the diversions and you have the answer. Right now you sound a lot like you are more worried about yourself. That says needy.

It is always advisable to end a relation when it is not working out inspite of efforts form both sides. it does not leave you with a bitter feeling about each other.
