When is it safe to drink caffeine while pregnant?

So 2 cups of coffee (16oz) has 200mg caffeine. This is the safe limit of caffeine is pregnancy–less than that is certainly better. Anymore than that and you are increasing your risk of miscarriage! They just had an article about it on USATODAY. Also, things like pop have about 40mg caffeine, so drinking one of those might be a better choice–I’m not saying you should be guzzling Dr Pepper, but having one of those might be better than coffee just because it has less caffeine.
