All of the gold owned by the Trust is held in the Trust’s allocated account in bar form, with three exceptions: • Gold involved in creation or redemption activity on any given day will pass through the Trust’s unallocated account before being allocated to the Trust’s allocated account or transferred to an Authorized Participant’s unallocated account, as the case may be. The quantity of gold involved in creation or redemption activity on any given day has, over the life of the Trust, generally been small in comparison with the total gold holdings of the Trust.
