There is no season 2 of Gakuen Alice Anime yet and it may never be animated. The show isn’t popular enough in Japan so it isn’t on high demand like anime like the melancholy of haruhi suzumiya or Naruto or something and the company that produced the 1st season has only made a deal to animate the first part of the manga with the mangaka.
