At this point, it doesn’t appear likely anytime soon. The problem is that some Douglas County commissioners are so worried about traffic flow in the “booming” metropolis of Roseburg they are doing everything in their power to block a Costco from happening. What a bunch of “dumbasses”. Walmarts cool but Costco isn’t…Pleeeeaaase. Costco has higher level of clientele and pays their employees better, but of course Douglas county is overflowing with jobs and such so that’s cool.
