When is CareerMatch going to have its IPO (Initial Public Offering)?
CareerMatch is currently reviewing and planning its public offering and has held meetings with the three major underwriters for its NASDAQ launch of public offering. As per rules and regulations administered by the Securities and Exchange Commission all announcements, correspondence, disclosure, prospectus, and other material and information will be released once such information can be divulged within the rules and regulations and adherence to all state and federal laws applicable to public offering. No information has been released as of today’s date.
