When is an employee entitled to pro-rata long service leave?
A NSW employee is entitled to be paid pro-rata long service leave, provided that: s/he has completed five years service; his/her services are terminated by the employer for any reason other than the workers serious and willful misconduct or by the worker on account of illness, incapacity or domestic and other pressing necessity; or by reason of the death of the worker.
