A permit is required when setting (installing) a mobile/manufactured home, new or existing, on private property within the unincorporated jurisdiction of Kootenai County. Permits are required prior to setting the home. Mobile/manufactured homes set within a Mobile Home Park are under the jurisdiction of the State of Idaho, Building and Safety Division.
