When is a Case Number assigned to a Clinic Visit in Medgate?
There are criteria in the Medgate GX that trigger the software to assign a Case Number. In the Clinic Visit module when you enter a diagnosis, you enter data in the Occ Injury Illness Tab, you create a Revisit, add a work restriction, or an absence is recorded, Medgate GX will automatically assign a Case Number.
