When is a carrier required to conduct a reemployment status review?
According to section 440.491(3)(a), a carrier must conduct a reemployment status review when an employee covered under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law is unemployed 60 days after the date of accident and is receiving benefits for temporary total disability, temporary partial disability, or wage loss and has not yet been provided voluntary medical care coordination or vocational services.
