Competitive retailers began picking up data from a secure FTP site as of Aug. 1, 2009. The data is posted the day after the usage day and is available to CRs as soon as the file is ready (no later than 11 p.m.; most days between 4-6 p.m.). This 15 minute interval data remains on the site for 10 days.
