When installing Ivory II, an I/O or CRC error is displayed during disk 3 preventing installation of Bosendorfer files to continue. What do I do?

1. Make sure the DVD surface is clean and free of smudges, fingerprints, scratches etc. Always gently clean with a soft cloth from the center outward. 2. Try manually copying the file from the DVD to your Ivory Items folder. If this succeeds, you may run the installer again to continue the installation. 3. Inability to manually copy the file from the DVD indicates an incompatibility between the DVD and your DVD drive. If possible, try installing or copying the file from a different drive. If this succeeds, you may run the installer again to continue the installation. 4. We’ve made the files from this DVD available for download as ZIP files: BosendorferII 9.ivorylib.zip BosendorferII 10.ivorylib.zip BosendorferII 11.ivorylib.zip BosendorferII 12.ivorylib.zip After downloading to your Ivory Items folder, unzip the file by double-clicking on Mac, or by using one of many free unzipping utilties available for Windows. Run the installer again to resume installation.
