When installing Acer GridVista® or Launch Manager, the “Confirm uninstall” message pops up. What should I do?
If the Acer GridVista® or Launch Manager was not removed under Windows® XP or you have once installed it under Windows Vista®, the following message may appear while installing Acer GridVista. Click Yes to remove the existing copy first. After the application has been removed, double-click setup.exe to install it again. Or, if you have the Acer Upgrade DVD, it into your DVD-ROM drive and select Upgrade manually as shown below. Then, select the application you want to install and click Install to continue.
