When installing AccuTerm 2K2, the installation stops at about 30% (mvluconw.ttf) How can I get the installation to finish?
There is a problem installing this font on some systems. The problem is caused by an uncooperative program running in the background. Try installing after a clean reboot to minimize the number of programs running during installation. If that does not work, you can install from the command line with the /NOFONTS option. From the Start menu, choose Run. In the command box, enter D:\atwin2k2\atw2k253c.exe /nofonts then click OK to run the installer. Change D: to the drive letter of your CD drive, and check the CD for the exact install file name using Windows Explorer, as the name changes with each new release of AccuTerm. The mvluconw.ttf font is used by the wED editor. If you want to use the wED editor, you can manually install the font by copying it to your C:\Windows\Fonts folder. You can download the file from mvluconw.ttf. Note: the 5.3c-sp2 release of AccuTerm 2K2 does not have this problem. If you would like to download the sp2 release, click here for the downloads page.
