The user can change the sequence that the information appears by clicking on the COLUMN HEADER of the field that he wants to be indexed by. The only fields that do not have an associated index are the QTY fields. If the user clicks on the NIIN column heading, the data will appear in NIIN sequence, ascending. If the user clicks the NIIN column heading a second time, the data will appear in NIIN sequence, descending order. This capability allows the user to view the data from the top or bottom of the file.
