Yup! Your CV (Constant Velocity) joints at the outer ends of your half-shafts are worn. They may not be worn out, but they’re at least thinking about quitting! The noise will gradually get worse, and show up even when you’re not turning at full lock. The only cure is a half-shaft replacement, not all that expensive for Hondas. Incidentally, when looking over a used Honda, or most front-wheel-drive cars for that matter, ALWAYS take the car to a quiet space in a parking lot, roll the windows down, turn slowly through a full circle in both directions, and listen for that tell-tale chucking, rucka-ruck serenade.
