When I was converting DVDs to DivX AVI file, the program crashed. Whats wrong with it?
DivX version 5.2.1 is known to have some problems with certain DVD discs when used with Easy DVD Rip. Although not very common, in certain cases, this particulare version is crashing, and as a result crashing Easy DVD Rip with it. DivX version 5.1.1 and version 6.0 do not suffer from this problem and can be used when such a problem is noticed. Also, this same version, 5.2.1 does not work under Windows 2000. The reason is not known, but the codec does not show in the standard video codecs window.
