A “Paul Harris Fellow” is a recognition given to a person for a donation of $1,000 to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International. Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary. You do not have to be a Rotarian to receive Paul Harris Fellow recognition, and the donor can designate someone else to receive the recognition.
