Your web browser has an add-on or plug-in installed, such as Google toolbar, that automatically looks for all RSS feeds linked from every page it displays. If you don’t want that pop-up, disable the feature in the plug-in or add-on, or disable the plug-in or add-on. You’ll have to go through the Options or Settings area of your web browser to do that.
