When I use Vlingo to email or text, does Vlingo download or store any of my personal information, my phone number, or the phone numbers of my contacts?
• Absolutely not. Vlingo never downloads your personal information or that of any contacts in your Address Book. Vlingo uses the names in your Address Book so that you can use Vlingo features (text messages, email, and voice dialing). We do not use any other contact information, such as phone numbers or email addresses, and we do not use your contact names for anything other than your ease of use with Vlingo. We never sell your information or use it for any other purpose. Bottom line: there is no way for Vlingo to access your personal information even if we wanted to (which we don’t). Hide this answer.
