When I use Transaction e-Mail, I get a message saying that a program is trying to access e-mail addresses that I have stored in Outlook. What does it mean?

This message appears if you are using Microsoft® Office XP with Outlook 2002 or Outlook 2000 and you have downloaded the latest security patches from the Microsoft website. After installing the patch, Outlook sends this warning (below), every time a program tries to connect to it. This includes Transaction e-Mail. We recommend that you allow access for 10 minutes while you process your Transaction e-Mail transactions. If you do not allow access, you will see a message ‘Application-Defined or Object-Defined error’, and you will be unable to use the Transaction e-Mail.
