When I use the Surf Bar or search engine, it sometimes says “No Credit Earned!”. What am I doing wrong?

A. You must stay on a web site for at least 20 seconds before proceeding to the next, otherwise you will not receive credit. When the counter on the Surf Bar shows 0 after 20 seconds, you may proceed and gain credit. The same time limit is applied when you visit web sites using our search engine.
