When I use Outlook Express with High Impact eMail, all the emails created have a blank line at the top. What can I do to resolve this?
When Outlook Express creates a new email using a High Impact eMail template, it automatically inserts a blank line at the top of the email. Depending on the template design, this blank line may appear intrusive if the template uses an image as a background. If the template uses a background color, the new line inserted merges with the template design. Most of the Simple Background templates display a blank line at the top of the email (screenshot shown below). Currently, there is no fix to address this problem.
